1. Terms of Payment

We will accept only cash payment, and that should be paid at the time of delivering the rented product. This ensures that the process is simple and clear for both parties.

2. Refund and Return

If you want to return a rented product, refunds will be made through bank transfer only. For this purpose, you will be asked to provide your bank account details. Refunds will be made after the returned item has been reviewed in detail to ensure it meets our return criteria.

3. Rental Period and Late Returns

Each rental product is available for a certain duration of time agreed upon during the order placement. The on-time return will not be charged; otherwise, keeping the rented outfit for additional days will incur extra charges, and the charges will be clearly communicated.

4. Condition and Usage of the Products

All rented items are to be used responsibly. Severe damage beyond normal wear and tear might invoke repair or replacement charges.
